A Taste Of Honeysuckle And Winter Heat
Greatly anticipated coming attraction’s ‘Winter Heat’ and ‘A Taste Of Honeysuckle’ are coming to Newcastle this August!
The annual Winter L!vesites Winter Heat event is aspiring to bring a magical night to Newcastle commencing at 6pm when the festival will light up at sunset. A display of flaming sculptures, fiery street performances, live music and a new dazzling lantern parade will set Newcastle aglow. To catch Winter Heat in all it’s flaming glory head on down to the Maritime Center lawn, there will be fire logs lining the Promenade and fire sculptures to keep away the winter chill all surrounded by a glowing sensation of candles. But in true Newcastle winter fashion make sure you rug up!
Venture across to the secret laneway next to Silo Bar where A Taste of Honeysuckle will be in full swing. You’ll find an array of ten local Hunter wine and cider producers alongs side renown Honeysuckle restaurateurs in pop-up laneway style stalls, creating a culinary experince that will delight the senses!
L!vesites John Waring stated “A Taste of Honeysuckle along with Winter Heat is the perfect opportunity to get outdoors and bask in the warmth of these family friendly community events”. Newcastle Youth Orchestra will entertain the crowds in their performance of ‘From Russia with Love’, and the barbour backdrop just top’s off the Winter Heat displays.
